Christmas without borders in Saint-Louis and the Trois Pays region

The "Trois Pays" region is unique because it is located in the very south of Alsace, on the borders of France, Germany and Switzerland. And December is the perfect time for Alsatians, Germans and Swiss to get out of their homes and warm up with a glass of mulled wine at one of the many events, large or small, that take place throughout the Advent period.

You can often hear all languages spoken at the Marché de Noël in Saint-Louis or the Petit Village de Noël in Huningue, which are great places to play leapfrog with borders.

Afterwards, you can hop on a bus or tram and be in the heart of Basel in 15 minutes to enjoy one of the oldest and most beautiful Christmas markets in Switzerland.
